Examples are credit reports or claims history from consumer reporting agencies and information that you give to your insurance agent in order to obtain insurance.
  • Information we receive in the process of handling and settling claims with which you may be involved (such as damage reports and medical records). For example, we may engage an adjusting firm to review damage to your property and report to us.
  • We also use publicly available sources of information, such as government data bases and social media.
